We live in unpredictable times, making it all the more opportune to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to growing your business. One way is finding an investor with the capital to help grow your company or help you derisk so you can enjoy or reinvest some of the earnings from years of hard work.
There are essentially four exit strategies available to you:
A strategic buyer looking at a specific trade or industry;
A financial buyer, essentially a private equity firm;
A management buyout (MBO); or
Approach an experienced high-net-worth individual.
But what is the outlook for mergers and acquisitions in 2023?

We welcome the newest addition to the Deal Leaders team, Deal Associate Andrea Reinecke.
Andrea holds a BSc Financial Mathematics, an FRM, and is a Certified Director through the Institute of Directors. She has completed her MPhil in Corporate Strategy at GIBS and is awaiting her results. She has extensive experience in private equity and the financial services sector, and has served as a non-executive director on several Boards. Andrea is strategically orientated and has a passion for business.
