Earlier in his career, Rick worked across engineering, banking and operations before moving into entrepreneurship. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and MBA graduate. This combination of technical, financial and commercial experience gives him a well-rounded perspective when advising clients.

 

Today, that experience translates into practical, outcomes-focused guidance, helping business owners avoid common pitfalls and make better decisions throughout the exit journey.
